Ending the cleanse did not mean I went out and had a bunch of non-clean diet food. What it did for me was allow me to go to a few restaurants and not feel guilty about ordering food that wasn't 100% on the cleanse. I have not returned to coffee, wheat(gluten) or dairy. I did eat a little approved meat while on the cleanse, and although in my mind I would like to be a raw vegan or vegetarian, soy and beans don't go well with my system and I don't own a dehydrator. I have never been a big meat eater, but I am learning to put my health first, and honestly, the protein choices for me are so limited, meat is my best option. Seriously, I can only eat so many almonds, cashews and avocados. I am a picky meat eater, only local, organic meat, which luckily I can find here in VT.
I am experimenting with tea. I have many opened tea containers and boxes, both loose tea and bagged that I don't really care for, but here is one I like. I originally had a cup of this tea at Barnes and Noble, and then found the regular grocery store stocked it as well. Harney & Sons Green Tea with Thai Flavors (coconut, vanilla, ginger and lemongrass). It's the coconut smell I like best about this tea. I like the box, too.
It's a very sunny and warm day today, so off to do some gardening!
